This is the place where you can personalize your profile!
But, how?
By moving, adding and personalizing widgets.
You can drag and drop to rearrange.
You can edit widgets to customize them.
The left side has widgets you can add!
Some widgets you can only access when you get a premium membership.
Some widgets have options that are only available when you get a premium membership.
We've split the page into zones!
Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!
Now go forth and astound us all with your devious profiles!
No problem. I'm checking around for artists who have produced shots with roughly the art style I'm looking for. (A slightly edgier, and more expressive, but still clean Takahashi-anime style) You're one of the closest ones Did you get my paid commission request in the mail, or was there some mess-up?
No problem. Although I'm not here to post images, just to check for artists who can produce roughly the art style I'm looking for, as an introductory paid commission roster shot for an old fanfiction story I wrote. (A slightly edgier and more expressive, but still clean, Takahashi anime style, maybe something in the Tenchi Muyo vicinity) You've only created one image in the Ranma style, and this one would be aserious challenge composition- and expression-wise (I'm looking for very specific things), so I'm not sure if you're the right choice yet/don't have much to go on, but we'll see.
Sounds awesome! Yeah, the ranm style is one that I used to produce many years ago, so i was trying this one out to see how I still was at it. I am working on more ranma ones as we speak, so let me know what you think as I post them Good luck!
Well, the story is available over at mediaminer ( [link] ) and what starts to make it challenging is that it either focuses on the nastiest cast members and plays them up to the full degree (Nabiki is the main protagonist) or introduces new ones if there aren't any ones available that are over-the-top horrible enough, alternately just goes for plain goofy.
It's a very experimental story about the common idealisation of authentic honest-to-gosh evil. So the roster shot should preferably mix anything from the regular light mood, an intensely ingratiating, seductive, eerie, and chilling "evil has never looked this good" wibe, or just be plain silly, depending on the character, some of them intended as embodiments of an archetype and idea, and played in a way that implies how the original category/Takahashi mood context sort of scratches its head and considers the rest of it completely out of place. However, I do have extensive character descriptions available, along with composition ideas, and am very open to clarifying discussion and suggestions.
I'm pretty sure that foxxfire could do pull it off, going by his archive, and given that he's a fan of Fred Perry, who is an expert at playing up both "good" and "evil" moods, but he thus far appears too swamped with work to answer, or is just uninterested. I'm not sure. I'll check for others who might be able to pull off a similar style in the meantime.

Sometimes I even amaze myself.
Best Wishes
Good luck!
